Job summary

Frasersgroup in Stevenage is seeking a friendly retail assistant to greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product. You’ll deliver excellent service from entrance to till and keep the shop floor tidy and well-stocked.

You're expected to replenish stock, process transactions quickly, promote offers, and work as part of a team to hit daily sales and service goals. Prior retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
