Customer Service Advisor - Asda Travel Money, West Bridgford - Nottingham - Part Time

Job Type: Permanent, Part Time

Hours per week: 16 hrs

Salary: £13 per hour + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary

Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday, with a monthly or weekly Rota.

About the role: Support customers with Travel Money needs, providing excellent service and advice on rates and products, both in-store and online.

• Serving as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately.
• Achieving performance and compliance standards.
• Handling online FX requests and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Numerical proficiency for handling cash and currency conversions.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Interview process:

1. Initial screening call with Talent Acquisition or Bureau Manager.
2. Online interview including a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau to meet the team and see the environment.
