Sales Manager

Salary: Circa 55k car allowance plus uncapped commission

Location: Home Based to cover the Self Build market

The Company
  • You will be joining a company that manufactures housing solutions aimed at the self-build, SME house building market.
  • Support the self-builders and act as a specialist advisor to them before closing deals to secure their business.
  • You will also be targeted in engaging small-sized contractors, educating them on the eco-friendly housing solutions, highlighting benefits such as build time and limited disruption considering weather conditions.
About You
  • You need to be driven, dynamic, and capable of closing deals.
  • You are experienced in selling to House Builders, Small/Medium contractors, and the Self Build market.
  • Experience in the construction/building sector is essential.
  • Product knowledge in high-end Timber Frame, Closed Panel Systems, SIPS is required.
