Job summary

DFS Furniture PLC is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for a fixed-term 9-12 month contract in Inverness. You will welcome customers, help them choose sofas, beds and finishing touches, and deliver excellent service in-store.

No previous sales experience is required as full training is provided. The role offers an hourly rate of £12.71, flexible hours (10am-8pm on weekdays, 10am-6pm Saturdays, 10am-5pm Sundays) and the chance to earn uncapped commission with a strong earning potential.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home. We’re looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
