Job summary

BardWood Support Services is seeking a Retail Relief Security Officer for a well-known retail store in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for patrols, monitoring entry/exit points, and responding to emergencies.

Must hold an SIA license and be able to work weekdays and weekends with a valid driving license. The role offers a pathway to permanent transfer after 12 weeks, plus benefits like private medical cover, life cover, pensions, and periodic salary-related advances.

About the role

Title – Retail Relief Security Officer

Pay Rate – 12.71

Location – Milton Keynes

Shift Timings – Must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends in line with client requirements and possess a valid driving licence with the ability to drive

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.

• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.
