Job summary

Landsec is offering a six-month Property Management Internship based in Leeds. You will gain exposure to commercial, operational and financial aspects of managing retail and mixed-use destinations.

You’ll support occupier engagement, service charge management, reporting, compliance and leasing administration while developing data skills and knowledge of asset performance. In addition to a paid placement at UK living wage, you’ll receive development support, mentoring, and a buddy to help you

Qualifications

• Interest in real estate and how retail destinations operate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and proactive team player.
• Organised with attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a real estate internship setup.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Management team in day-to-day management.
• Assist occupier engagement, service charge management and reporting.
• Support compliance, leasing administration and project coordination.
• Develop understanding of asset performance, data management and sustainability goals.
