Job summary

Landsec in Liverpool is seeking a Property Manager to support the Liverpool ONE asset and other retail sites. You will help maximise asset performance, manage service charge spend, and ensure lease compliance while working with Centre teams, Elevate partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• RICS or equivalent property management qualification is essential.
• Experience with landlord and tenant legislation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Customer care focus and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead service charge management and budget delivery for assets.
• Coordinate with Centre Management, Finance and Asset Management teams.
• Liaise with occupiers, brand partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support lifecycle replacement projects and capital works with minimal occupancy disruption.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, repairs, and general property standards.
• Contribute to ESG objectives and guest experience across a retail portfolio.
