Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial property management and using property management database.
• Ability to interpret leases.
• Understanding of rating and utilities, and experience dealing with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare all management reports, tenancy schedules.
• Ensure property management systems and records are maintained.
• Manage utility and business rates queries.
