Job summary

Superdrug Head Office in Croydon area is seeking a RetailSystems Testing Administrator to drive end-to-end promotional testing across events and promotions. The role supports hybrid work, with two days from home and three days in a modern office near East Croydon Station.

You will collaborate with IT, Systems and Marketing to ensure promotions scan correctly in live stores, validate discounts, and prepare promotions for launch.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting end-to-end promotional testing.
• Ability to validate promotions on till systems accurately.
• Proactive in identifying issues before go-live.
• Collaborates effectively with IT, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end promotional testing for each event.
• Run structured testing of all promotional activity ahead of go-live.
• Carry out detailed till-based validation of promotions.
• Test promotions by scanning products on test tills and validate discounts.
• Identify and resolve issues prior to go-live.
• Collaborate with IT, Systems and Marketing to troubleshoot issues.
• Record and track testing outcomes using team trackers.
• Ensure readiness for rollout in live stores.
