Here’s what a typical day includes:

1. Collaborating with major Health Suppliers to boost sales and optimize performance.
2. Executing product launches, sitewide events, and promotions effectively.
3. Reporting sales and performance metrics for key suppliers and categories.
4. Ensuring products are properly categorized and searchable on Superdrug.com.
5. Updating and maintaining product content to engage customers and increase sales.
6. Managing online promotional plans and joint business strategies with suppliers.
7. Supporting ad-hoc projects across categories and the website.
8. Analyzing promotional and customer engagement performance regularly.
9. Participating in meetings to explore digital opportunities.
10. Contributing to category forecasting and managing basic trading issues.
11. Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
12. Collaborating with departments such as eCommerce, IT, Operations, and Buying.
