Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a RetailSystems Testing Administrator to support end-to-end promotional testing from our East Croydon office. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office near East Croydon Station.

You will validate promotions on tills, document results, and collaborate with IT, Systems and Marketing to ensure campaigns are launch-ready. The successful candidate will have hands-on testing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience executing end-to-end promotional testing.
• Ability to validate promotions at till level and ensure correct discount applications.
• Experience documenting results and issues for audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end promotional testing for each event.
• Run structured testing of all promotional activity ahead of go-live.
• Carry out detailed till-based validation of promotions.
• Test promotions by scanning products on test tills and validating outcomes.
• Identify and resolve issues prior to go-live.
• Prioritise testing activity based on risk and complexity.
• Record and track testing outcomes with clear audit trails.
• Collaborate with IT/Systems/Marketing to resolve test rig issues.
• Ensure readiness for rollout and live store testing.
