Job summary

Superdrug Head Office in East Croydon is seeking a CRM-focused specialist to own multi-channel campaigns. You will design and build emails, push notifications and SMS using Adobe Campaign, delivering end-to-end communications.

You'll manage day-to-day production, briefs, data targeting, and campaign results while collaborating with CRM managers to optimise content, testing strategies and customer insights. Hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM experience and track record in campaigns.
• Experience using Adobe Campaign is essential.
• Familiar with SQL, HTML and JavaScript.
• Ability to analyse campaign metrics and translate into insights.
• Strong relationship-building and willingness to take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns using Adobe Campaign (emails, push, SMS).
• Produce briefs, select data, and program campaigns with results shared to the team.
• Support CRM managers to optimise content, targeting and data for campaigns.
• Schedule and deploy campaigns across member and non-member programmes.
