Job summary

Superdrug Head Office in East Croydon is seeking a Systems Test Analyst to support the R10 EPOS Transformation Programme. The role focuses on hands-on testing across EPOS, pricing, promotions, payments, and related systems.

Hybrid working with 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office is available. You will design, prepare, execute and capture evidence of test scenarios, collaborating with Test Manager, BAs and SMEs to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and executing test cases with clear evidence.
• Strong ability to analyse requirements and acceptance criteria for effective test design.
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare test scenarios and scripts for the R10 EPOS Transformation programme.
• Execute test cases across SIT and support UAT, validating end-to-end retail journeys.
• Test complex promotions, supplier-funded scenarios and retrospective funding across EPOS systems.
• Identify and prepare test data and ensure test environments are ready; raise issues as needed.
• Log defects with clear repro steps, reproduce and verify fixes; escalate where required.
• Collaborate with Test Manager, Programme Manager, Analysts, Developers and SMEs; provide status updates.
