Brandon James Ltd in Oxford is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading international construction consultancy. You will work across a varied portfolio including NHS, higher education, education, hotel and residential developments, delivering complex schemes with strong client-facing and delivery experience.

You will support and lead projects through the full development lifecycle, coordinating programmes, reporting and risk management, and you will have opportunities to take on

Formación

• Project Management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience in NHS, higher education, education, hotel or residential projects.
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Strong organisational and programme management skills.
• MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or progress towards a relevant qualification would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project programmes, coordinate consultant teams, attend client and site meetings.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports and support risk management.
• Lead projects through feasibility to construction and completion.
• Work in a consultancy environment across public and private sector projects.
