Job summary

DS Smith Plc is seeking a Commercial Accounts & Pricing Specialist to drive pricing excellence and profitability across our Retail accounts. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver pricing strategies, tender support, and actionable commercial insights that influence decisions and maximise value.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment within the Retail Cluster Commercial team.

Qualifications

• A-Level standard education or above.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support tender activity and pricing initiatives alongside the pricing lead and finance partner.
• Provide pricing support with Key Account Managers for customer opportunities.
• Deliver daily quotation and pricing activity across Retail accounts.
• Monitor pricing trackers and communicate price changes and revenue impact.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and value creation across Retail accounts.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate appropriately.
