Job summary

DS Smith is seeking a Commercial Accounts & Pricing Specialist to help drive pricing excellence, profitability, and commercial insights across our Retail customer portfolio. You will partner with sales teams and finance to support tenders, pricing initiatives, and value creation across multiple sites within the Retail Cluster.

The role emphasises data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and timely delivery of pricing analyses to support commercial growth in a fast-paced packaging business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Commercial Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Support tender activity and pricing strategies for Retail accounts.
Deliver daily quotation and pricing activities with consistency across accounts.
Maintain pricing trackers and provide insights on revenue impact and profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance and cross-functional teams to maximise value creation.
