Role overview As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and possibly conducting pre-screening eye exams. You'll also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering customer queries, and processing payments.

Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs.
