Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to identify improvements in retail systems, processes and supplier relationships, ensuring store needs are prioritized in key change projects.

You will act as the stores’ voice, gatekeeping tasks, and driving efficient delivery by collaborating across head office and field teams, including training and onboarding of new suppliers where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple business areas.
• Deep understanding of how stores operate and what they need to perform.
• Able to work independently and deliver results with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Be the retail expert for large-scale change projects and represent stores.
• Collaborate with key business areas on projects impacting retail.
• Maintain relationships with central functions to meet retail needs.
• Own operations of projects affecting retail stores and supervise store rollout.
• Audit store operations and coach leadership on improvements.
• Engage with Heads Of, Area Leaders and field colleagues to embed new initiatives.
