Job summary

Superdry in Cheltenham is seeking a Store Operations Change Lead to identify and deliver improvements to our retail systems and supplier relationships. You will act as the voice of the stores, ensuring capacity and flagging risks on key change projects.

You will work with Retail Support and central functions, own retail project delivery, train stores, visit sites, and help embed new initiatives. The role requires store operations experience, stakeholder management, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• From a store operations background with hands-on understanding of how stores operate.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident communicator capable of cross-functional relationship building.
• Independent, self-motivated and well-organised with logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Be the retail expert for large-scale business change projects, providing a voice for the stores.
• Collaborate with key business areas on wider projects impacting retail.
• Maintain relationships with central functions to meet retail needs.
• Own and oversee retail system changes and projects affecting stores.
• Support the retail store estate alongside the Retail Support team.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure services meet expectations.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and training for stores.
