Job summary

Superdry PLC is seeking a Store Operations Change Manager to champion retail processes and supplier relationships. You will act as the voice of stores, oversee change projects, and ensure operational readiness across the retail network. The role demands collaboration with central functions and effective coaching of store leadership teams.

You will also lead, train, and support teams, manage workflow using planning tools, and ensure documentation and training are fit for purpose across stores.

Qualifications

• From a store operations background with hands-on experience in retail stores.
• Experience in stakeholder management with ability to influence across levels.
• Confident communicator able to build cross-functional relationships.
• Able to work independently and stay motivated.
• Well organised and a logical thinker with good prioritisation.
• Focused on delivering results and driving positive change.
• Experienced in leading, managing and training teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be the retail expert for large-scale business change projects and represent stores.
• Collaborate with key business areas on projects impacting retail.
• Maintain relationships with central functions to meet retail needs.
• Understand retail systems and own projects affecting stores operationally.
• Support the retail store estate and ensure supplier performance aligns with expectations.
• Provide up-to-date, simple training materials for stores.
• Engage Heads Of and Area Leaders to embed new initiatives and transitions to BAU.
