Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to oversee production timelines and ensure deliveries align with quality standards. You will coordinate with HQ, factories, and internal teams to manage orders, samples, testing, and costing.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and fluent English. You will work with logistics and vendors to optimize handover dates and secure OTIF delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with market brands.
• Clear understanding of CP and supplier management within retail business.
• Capable of leading a regional team.
• Problem solver in production environment.
• Awareness of open costing process.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders with vendors to ensure on-time delivery per critical path.
• Communicate supplier performance insights to HQ and manage expectations.
• Visit factories and processing centers; feedback handover summaries to UK office.
• Track pre-production and shipment samples; ensure timely receipt.
• Ensure testing reports and inspections are completed and approved before shipment.
• Oversee product development with suppliers; ensure sample lead-times and costings.
• Coordinate with Design, Garment Tech, QC, Logistics and Finance to meet targets.
• Negotiate pricing; maintain open costing system; optimize supplier capacity.
