Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a team and oversee daily operations across shopfloor, yard, and Goods-In. You will manage stock from receipt through replenishment and merchandising, ensuring availability and pricing accuracy while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team.
• Strong understanding of stock lifecycle and shrinkage control.
• Ability to drive sales through operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong operational performance.
• Oversee day-to-day shopfloor operations, yard, checkouts and Goods-In areas.
• Manage full stock lifecycle from receipt to replenishment, merchandising and sale.
• Maintain stock availability and integrity, reduce losses, manage damaged or out-of-date stock.
• Ensure high shopfloor standards, pricing accuracy, planogram compliance and promotions.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong operations and stock control.
• Coach colleagues to build capability and ownership, delivering high standards.
• Support branch management and act as senior leader on duty when required.
