Job summary

Repton School is seeking a Deputy Retail Operations Manager to support the Retail Operations Manager in delivering and running the school's retail outlets, including coffee shops and the School shop. The role involves leading retail teams to ensure a high standard of customer experience across all locations.

The role focuses mainly on the Senior School while covering both senior and prep sites, and may include other Repton Enterprise duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Operations Manager in the delivery and running of the retail outlets across Repton School including coffee shops and the School shop.
• Lead the retail teams to ensure all locations have great people focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure clear communication of resources required to deliver the services dependent upon the demands of the business and the service level agreement.
• Act as an initial point of contact for all customer groups using the facilities within your control.
• Predominantly focus on the Senior School, with coverage of both Repton Senior and Repton Prep sites and other Repton Enterprise duties as necessary.
