Job summary

The Deputy Retail Operations Manager at Repton School will support the Retail Operations Manager in delivering and running the school’s retail outlets, including the coffee shops and the School shop. You will lead the retail teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience across all sites.

This role requires coordinating with stakeholders to ensure resources meet service level agreements, and serving as the initial contact for all user groups.

Responsibilities

• The Deputy Retail Operations Manager will support the Retail Operations Manager on the delivery and running of the retail outlets across Repton School including coffee shops and the School shop.
• The successful candidate will lead the retail teams to ensure all locations have great people focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Co-ordinate with all stakeholders to ensure clear communication of resources required to deliver the services dependent upon the demands of the business and the service level agreement, as well as acting as an initial point of contact for all customer groups using the facilities within your control.
• Whilst focusing predominantly on the Senior School, this role is through School and covering both sites (Repton Senior and Repton Prep) as necessary, as well as other Repton Enterprise duties.

Salary: Up to £30,900

Hours:40 hours, 5 out of 7 days (All Year Round)

Location: Repton School

Reporting to: Retail Operations Manager

Holidays: 25 days, plus Bank Holidays
