Job summary

Wolverine World Wide's Merrell and Saucony stores across the EMEA network are seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure teams feel connected and equipped to succeed.

Working with the Retail Operations Manager and Support Office, you will coordinate initiatives, manage the inbox, maintain SOPs, and support store openings and daily operations to deliver a customer-first brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail or retail support role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Clear communicator capable of building relationships with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Retail Operations with the Retail Ops Manager.
• Build relationships with store teams and Support Office partners.
• Own the Retail Operations inbox and prioritize queries.
• Support store communications and publish messages and tools.
• Assist with maintaining store processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate workload planning and timelines.
• Manage store stationery, stock levels and orders.
• Support Health & Safety compliance activities.
• Coordinate external partners and supplier setup for new stores.
• Provide admin support to Retail Operations & Property team.
