• Experience in client-centric roles within retail.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and report gaps to management.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, vendors, and facilities to optimize operations.
• Ensure a safe work environment and efficient stockroom processes.
• Move on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in company directives in partnership with managers.
• Process shipments and daily replenishment; ensure product flow.
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Support Sales & Service and Cashier as needed.
