Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking dynamic Retail Specialists to visit retail stores and transform product displays into captivating experiences that delight customers and drive sales. You will build relationships with store teams, ensure displays align with client planograms, and help maximise in-store performance while reporting via your smartphone.

You will need a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as part of your role. This is a field-based position based across the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid and Full UK Drivers License.
• A smartphone to complete store reporting.
• Ability to communicate with in-store teams.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve client objectives and influence store sales performance.
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues.
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales.
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use.
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.
