Job summary

Service Innovation Group (SIG) in Greater London is seeking a dynamic Retail Specialist to visit retail stores, transform product displays, and create captivating shopper experiences that drive sales. You will work with store staff to meet client planograms, resolve stock issues, and report back on visits using your smartphone.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers to achieve client objectives and influence store sales.
• Communicate with store staff to define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to planograms.
• Identify and fix stock availability issues with stores.
• Ensure POP/POS items are visibly displayed to maximise brand awareness and sales.
• Possibly store a small amount of stock and equipment at home for work use.
• Adapt to change and deliver results proactively.
• Work to KPIs set by SIG clients to improve personal and team performance.

As a key player in our team, you will craft visually appealing product presentations according to briefs set out by our client to ensure their merchandise shines.

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s client objectives and influence store sales performance
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals
