Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking Retail Specialists to visit UK retail stores and transform displays into engaging experiences that drive sales. You will craft visually appealing product presentations per client briefs to ensure merchandise shines across locations.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicating with store teams, resolving stock issues, and delivering KPI-driven results. This role offers field-based work supporting major brands in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid and Full UK Driving Licence.
• Smartphone required to complete store reporting.
• Ability to communicate with in-store teams.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers to achieve client objectives and influence store sales performance.
• Communicate with store staff to define visit objectives and review actions.
• Ensure products are displayed and merchandised according to planograms to maximise visibility.
• Identify and fix stock availability issues with stores.
• Ensure POP/POS items are displayed to maximise brand awareness and sales.
• Possibly store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use.
• Adapt to change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Work to KPI’s set by SIG clients to improve personal and team performance.

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Specialists to visit retail stores to transform our clients’ store displays into captivating experiences that delight customers and drive sales.As a key player in our team, you will craft visually appealing product presentations according to briefs set out by our client to ensure their merchandise shines.

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s client objectives and influence store sales performance
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals
