Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking a Retail Specialist to visit retail stores and transform displays into engaging shopper experiences that delight customers and drive sales. You will craft visually appealing product presentations according to client briefs to ensure merchandise shines.

In this fast-paced role you will build relationships with store teams, ensure planograms are followed, review stock availability, and help maximise end-user brand awareness to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Valid and Full UK Driver's Licence.
• Smartphone to complete store reporting.
• Ability to communicate with in-store teams.
• Demonstrated customer-facing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers and key contacts to meet client objectives and influence store sales.
• Communicate objectives to store staff and review changes and future actions.
• Ensure products are displayed and merchandised according to planograms.
• Work with stores to identify stock availability issues.
• Ensure POS items are displayed to maximise brand awareness and sales.
• May store a small amount of stock and equipment at home for work use.
• Adapt to change and deliver results proactively.
• Work to KPIs set by SIG clients to improve personal and team performance.

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Specialists to visit retail stores to transform our clients’ store displays into captivating experiences that delight customers and drive sales.As a key player in our team, you will craft visually appealing product presentations according to briefs set out by our client to ensure their merchandise shines.

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s client objectives and influence store sales performance
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals

Requirements
