Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is looking for Retail Specialists to visit stores across the UK, transforming displays into engaging experiences that delight customers and boost sales. You will build strong retailer relationships and ensure planograms are followed to maximize product visibility.

With a keen eye for detail, you will communicate objectives to store teams, address stock issues, and report outcomes using a smartphone. A valid UK driving licence is required to access multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Valid and Full UK Drivers License.
• Smart phone to be able to complete store reporting.
• Ability to communicate with in store teams.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s client objectives and influence store sales performance.
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues.
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales.
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use.
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.
