Service Innovation Group (SIG) is seeking Retail Specialists to visit retail stores in the UK and transform store displays into captivating experiences that boost sales. You will craft visually appealing product presentations based on client briefs to ensure merchandise shines.

In this fast-paced role you will build relationships with store staff, meet KPI targets, and coordinate with retailers to resolve stock issues while maintaining planograms and maximizing brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Valid and Full UK Driving Licence
• A smartphone to complete store reporting
• Ability to communicate with in-store teams

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with key store contacts to influence sales performance
• Communicate visit objectives clearly with store staff and review future actions
• Ensure client products are displayed according to planograms
• Collaborate with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues
• Ensure POS items are effectively displayed to boost brand awareness and sales
• Possibly store small stock and equipment at home for work use
• Adapt to changing objectives and deliver proactive results
• Work to KPIs set by SIG clients to improve personal and team performance

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s client objectives and influence store sales performance
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals

Requirements
