Listers Audi Worcester is seeking a Retail Manager to grow car sales, leveraging finance, insurance and value-added products. You will lead the sales team, manage customer enquiries and drive profitability in line with FCA requirements. This role offers training, a company car and a supportive team in a busy Midlands dealership.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, negotiating financial agreements with lenders and ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance across all dealership processes.

Formación

• Experience in retail management or sales management.
• Outstanding sales achievement in finance sales.
• Organised with FCA paperwork compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales gross profit and specialise in finance, insurance and value-added products.
• Be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.
• Discuss the financial requirements with customers.
• Advise customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by the dealerships.
• Ensure customers understand obligations and FCA compliant documentation.
• Coach and support the sales team; propose financial agreements to lenders.
