Listers Group Limited in Worcester is seeking a Car Sales Executive at our Audi dealership. The role focuses on matching customers with the right vehicle, assisting with financing, contracts, and add-ons to ensure total satisfaction.

Working Monday to Saturday with a weekday day off and Sunday rota, the role offers OTE of £63,200 and a company car. You’ll build rapport quickly, demonstrate a track record of meeting targets, and follow FCA/data protection standards while delivering an exceptional

Qualifications

• UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in car sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Build trust and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions.
• Prospect and follow up on enquiries via multiple channels including walk-ins and online leads.
• Maximise profits by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Adhere to FCA data protection obligations when collecting customer and vehicle data.
