The Role

As Retail Manager of our Bishopbriggs store, you’ll be fully responsible for the day‑to‑day running and performance of the branch. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your team, ensuring standards remain high while driving sales and operational efficiency.

You’ll play a key role in leading the team, helping to embed strong processes, set expectations and create a positive, high‑performing culture. What You’ll be Doing

• Managing customer complaints professionally and resolving issue efficiently

• Analysing performance data and implementing improvements where needed
• Working closely with senior management on strategy, forecasting and growth
• Creating a positive, supportive and results‑driven working environment
