Job summary

Stewart Travel, the Retail arm of Brooklyn Travel Group, seeks a Travel Consultant based in our Paisley High Street store. Full Time or Part Time roles available. You will deliver exceptional customer service, tailor holidays to client needs, and drive sales with product knowledge and a personable approach.

You will engage face-to-face with customers, manage bookings, and contribute to team targets while supporting other branches as required. Knowledge of major operators is important.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in travel sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Good knowledge of travel products including tours/operators and airlines.
• High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident talking to customers both face to face and online.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers with travel options and tailor holidays to individual needs.
• Represent Stewart Travel by delivering exceptional in-store service and responding to enquiries by phone and email.
• Complete bookings for flights, hotels, transfers and excursions using the company systems.
• Upsell upgrades and additional products to maximize sales.
• Process deposits and payments securely and accurately.
