Job summary

TUI Bristol Knowle store is looking for a Store Manager who will lead a team to become destination experts in holidays, cruises and UK breaks, while delivering top sales and service results. You’ll create unforgettable holiday experiences at the heart of our business.

You’ll head varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and guide your team to resolve queries, improve customer journeys and maintain high engagement and performance across the store.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
