Job summary

TUI focuses on delivering unforgettable holiday experiences in Lancaster. As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of destination experts to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and related products while delivering exceptional sales and service results.

You’ll manage varied shifts, coach your team, resolve customer questions, analyze feedback for improvements, and ensure a smooth customer journey through technology-enabled systems.

You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
