Retail Manager - Liverpool (St Johns Centre)

Warren James is seeking a Shop Manager who loves promoting our jewellery, driving sales, and increasing brand awareness.

The Retail Manager Role

Within Warren James policies and procedures, you will manage the daily operations of a designated shop and small team to maximize sales, customer engagement, and team potential. Your responsibilities include:

1. Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent customer experiences.
2. Motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their full potential.
3. Lead by example in all aspects of your role.
4. Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of our jewellery.

The Retail Manager Essentials

• Experience in retail management or hospitality.
• A genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
• Smart and well-groomed appearance, reflecting our company's image.
• Love wearing Warren James jewellery.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Confident communicator with good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.
• Jewellery knowledge is not required; training will be provided.

The Benefits

• Full-time contract.
