Job summary

Tesco is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to support stores across Gatwick, Horsham, Brighton and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of a range of systems, ensuring safety and quality while minimising disruption to customers.

You will work with a skilled team, communicate effectively with contractors and colleagues, and utilise a tablet to view daily work schedules, updates, and emails.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment.
• Digital proficiency with a tablet to view daily schedules and manage emails.
• Able to work across multiple Tesco sites and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs with external contractors to minimise disruption.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to support store operations.
• Follow planned work schedules to achieve first-time fixes.
• Collaborate with the team and management to uphold high standards of service.
