Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to cover Gatwick, Horsham, Brighton and surrounding areas. You’ll join a skilled team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across building services and equipment, ensuring stores are safe, functional and welcoming for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification is required.
• Full driving license is required.
• Health & safety awareness is essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Office 365.
• Experience in maintenance/engineering or construction environments helpful.

Responsibilities

• Interact confidently with external contractors.
• Maintain equipment and facilities across Tesco sites.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate repairs with minimal disruption to customers.
• Use tablets to view work schedules and update progress.
• Attend local and national meetings and support a diverse culture.
