Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment.
• Digitally confident using a tablet to view schedules and manage emails.
• Demonstrates health and safety awareness and practical problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact confidently with external contractors to coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain quality service.
• Maintain high energy levels while juggling tasks.
• Support store management by maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Minimise disruption to customers during repairs.
• Follow the planned schedule to achieve first-time fixes.
• Share best practices with colleagues.
• Carry out general day-to-day store and property maintenance.
• Use tablets or mobile devices to update progress.
• Represent Tesco values and wear the Tesco uniform.
• Attend local and national meetings and provide feedback.
• Support a diverse and inclusive culture.
