Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Retail Learning Manager to drive and execute the learning agenda across our stores in the region. You will coach, train, and partner with Retail Managers, delivering client experience, onboarding, and development initiatives.

You'll coordinate with Head Office functions such as Merchandising, HR, and Operations to define roll-out plans, monitor learning impact, and promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in retail training, L&D, or store management
• Experience implementing Client Experience initiatives and measuring impact
• Hands-on LMS usage and training reporting experience
• Willingness to travel to stores across the region

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store coaching with Client Advisors to Managers
• Develop individual coaching plans for store teams
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on progress and priorities
• Identify skills gaps and tailor training to priorities
• Collaborate with Merchandising, HR, and Operations to design trainings
• Maintain an active shop floor presence to feed improvement
• Define learning calendars with Store Management
• Coordinate training programmes and communicate across teams
• Operate and optimize the in-store LMS and training records
• Contribute to onboarding programs for new starters
