schuh in Cheltenham is hiring a Management Trainee to join our store for a 37.5 hour week across 5 of 7 days. The role starts with comprehensive training to develop your retail management and people leadership skills, with the aim of progressing to Deputy Manager roles.

You will learn to coach, recruit and train new talent, set goals and drive KPIs while upholding our service values and merchandising guidelines. A strong customer focus and ambition are essential.
