Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Keyholder to bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor, lead by example, and ensure smooth operations during shifts.

You'll deliver exceptional customer service, mentor Stylists, maintain visual standards, support stock deliveries, and help open/close when management isn’t present.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confident leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Levi’s brand values.
• Coach Stylists to enhance product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
