Job summary

Michael Kors in London is seeking a Retail IT Analyst to support and enhance our retail technology landscape across stores and offices. You will coordinate BAU activities, incidents, and continual improvements, acting as a liaison between stores, business teams, and IT delivery groups.

The role collaborates with PMO on store openings, system upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring changes are communicated clearly to stakeholders and maintaining documentation for processes and known issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail IT or technology support roles.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating or supporting technology projects in a retail context.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident, problem, change).

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support for the retail technology stack (POS, payments, printers, scanners, store back-Office).
• Act as a key point of contact for store technology issues, coordinating investigation and resolution with IT teams and vendors.
• Monitor system performance, incidents, and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate BAU tasks, incidents, and service requests related to retail systems.
• Support delivery of major retail IT projects with the PMO, including store openings and system upgrades.
• Ensure changes are communicated clearly to stakeholders and maintain documentation of processes and known issues.
