Job summary

Global Retail Company is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to lead IT operations across London and Europe, with a hybrid work model based in London. The role covers network engineering, security, SAP prerequisites, 3PL coordination, and enterprise infrastructure alignment.

You will work with Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune/MDM, ServiceNow, and ERP connectivity in a fast-paced retail environment, spanning offices, showrooms, and warehouses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or Technical Operations.
• Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD and Intune/MDM solutions.
• Retail, fashion, logistics, or hospitality multi-site background.
• Strong understanding of SAP prerequisites and POS-to-ERP connectivity.
• Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ or ITIL knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Office IT Operations & Service Delivery across EMEA offices and showrooms.
• Vendor SLA management with hardware, telecom, and POS partners via ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain IT asset registers and infrastructure runbooks.
• Ensure GDPR/ITGC data protection compliance & encryption policies.
• Coordinate 3PL onboarding, warehouse moves, and facility expansions.
• Manage VPN tunnels and SD-WAN paths to external 3PL environments.
• Configure and manage warehouse hardware and logistics VLANs.
• Oversee SAP-centric infrastructure prerequisites and RFC endpoints.
