Based in central London, the role involves occasional visits to other stores, working shifts 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm, Mon-Fri, with one weekend in three. A background in retail tech support and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in retail support environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and business applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of POS hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Setting up new POS equipment and maintenance to keep systems functioning.
• Diagnosing POS hardware/software issues and resolving malfunctions.
• Applying software updates and features to ensure compatibility.
• Providing technical assistance to staff and customers in-store.
• Managing spare parts and stock for repairs and maintenance.
• On-site collaboration with store management and IT teams; health checks.
