Eurochange in Harlow is seeking a Retail Bureau Manager to lead a small team and run a busy branch with 30 hours per week. You will own branch performance, drive revenue through excellent service, and ensure compliance with AML and KYC while delivering the eurochange sales framework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in retail or financial services.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development skills.
• Financial acumen including budgets, cash handling and risk controls.
• Knowledge of AML and KYC standards.
• Passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of your branch, driving revenue and profitability through service and sales strategies.
• Inspire and coach your team to deliver personalised customer experiences.
• Build relationships with customers, understanding travel needs and matching products.
• Promote our full range of services to enhance the travel money experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints, resolving them promptly.
• Lead by example in delivering eurochange's sales framework and high standards.
• Ensure AML, KYC and procedures compliance and manage cash/reconciliations.
• Analyse branch KPIs and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Train and mentor your team to grow skills and careers.
