Eurochange Ltd in Fareham is seeking a Retail Bureau Manager to lead a small team and drive performance in our fast-paced travel money environment. This role combines leadership, sales, and compliance to deliver excellent customer service and profitable branch operations.

You'll coach staff, manage cash and AML/KYC processes, hit service and sales targets, and maintain high standards across operations. The position is 30 hours per week at our Fareham branch, with shift patterns including weekend

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in retail or financial services.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse branch KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of your branch, driving revenue and profitability through excellent customer service and strong sales strategies.
• Inspire and coach your team to deliver personalised, engaging experiences for every customer.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and match their travel money needs with the right products.
• Promote our full range of services to simplify the customer journey.
• Act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints, resolving them quickly and professionally.
• Lead by example in delivering eurochange sales framework and high standards.
• Ensure AML, KYC, and company procedures are followed to uphold integrity.
• Conduct regular cash reconciliations and audits to manage risk.
• Analyse branch KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor your team to grow their skills and careers.
• Maintain operational excellence with organised, secure, and compliant branch operations.
• Collaborate with peers, Regional Managers, and Support Centre teams to drive success.
• Proactively seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
